The Centre at VitaZen is Smith Mountain Lakes premier yoga studio. It is a 700 square foot studio attached to our retail store VitaZen. The studio is fully equipped. We have mats, blocks, straps and blankets available for use. All you need to bring is a willingness to practice. We also operate VitaZen, a retail store that has a large variety of yoga gear, a comprehensive selection of vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathic remedies, nutritional oils, super juices, sports nutrition, cleansing, weight management products & natural pet products which can be purchased.
