 ox office.\n\nKids 3 and under are free in general admission areas!\n\nNo 
 re-entry.\n\nCredit cards and cash are accepted at the gate. Some vendors 
 may only accept cash.\n\nConcert Parking Instructions: Please park at the 
 Carilion Riverwalk Garage (beside Honeytree) and ride the FREE shuttle. It
  is a very short ride that delivers you right to the front gate! You will 
 see directional signage on South Jefferson when you get close.\n\nSEATING:
  You are welcome to bring your own chair OR you can rent a ValleyStar Cred
 it Union chair from us for $5 at concessions.\n\nFood: Various food option
 s will be available from local food vendors. Please see the Facebook Event
  for more details. We will have Pepsi products (including Dr Pepper\, of c
 ourse!) and water\, as well as beer\, wine\, and hard seltzers available f
 or purchase.\n\nOutside food and beverages are NOT permitted. \n\nDogs are
  ALWAYS welcome at Dr Pepper Park on a leash.\n\nStephen Pearcy of RATT\n\
 nAs the founder\, lead singer and songwriter of the metal rock band RATT\,
  Stephen Pearcy is credited with having been a pioneer of the early 80's S
 unset Strip rock scene. Having led his creation to Mega MultiPlatinum Succ
 ess Year after Year from 1984 to 1991. Capturing critical acclaim for his 
 performances\, style and uniquely salacious vocals. Pearcy formed RATT in 
 Los Angeles in 1982 from his previous band Mickey RATT. Known for their ov
 ertly sexual appearance\, rebellious attitude and take no prisoner approac
 h to metal\, Atlantic Records recognized RATT’s potential and star power
  thus signing the band to a contract resulting in the 1984 album “Out of
  the Cellar”\, which became one of many multi-platinum successes. RATT c
 limbed up the charts with singles from “Out of the Cellar”\, soaring p
 ast Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy”\, Van Halen’s “Panama”\, Madon
 na’s “Borderline” and David Bowies “Blue Jean”.
