Theatre can show us things about ourselves and others that we never knew were there. It can stagger us with clarity and revelation, forge and change relationships and identities. Over the course of a six-week adult acting class, a teacher and her four students experience the tremendous transformative power of the theatre – games that seem silly, but end up bringing down guards, healing old wounds, and opening some new ones.
