Until an arm injury in 1988 Eric had worked exclusively with his right hand (doing mostly realistic work). During that year, however, Eric was forced to paint using only his left hand. The results were a revelation; award winning Expressionistic work that was full of raw emotion. Having won major painting awards with both hands, Eric now often combines the two.
